AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Zenith Dynasty, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).

We rent out event equipment, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the “ Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

Zenith Dynasty, Inc. is subject to various federal, state, and local laws and regulations. We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC): We adhere to CPSC standards for equipment safety and flammability.

• Georgia Department of Revenue: We are registered with the Georgia Department of Revenue and collect and remit sales tax as required by law.

• Rockdale & Newton County: We comply with all local zoning, licensing, and health and safety regulations.
